Verkeerde maat geleverd

We hebben een topper besteld in de maat 180/200 kregen een maat 180/210 geleverd.
Niet telefonisch bereikbaar, alles via mail waar ze 12 uur !! De tijd op hebben om te reageren.
Alles duurt lang en traag op deze manier ( zullen na eigen zeggen wel druk hebben )

Voor ons was de topper te zacht en we vonden hem erg warm.
Maar daar wordt verschillend over gedacht.
Na een weekje teruggestuurd en het geld stond al binnen 3 dagen op onze rekening.
Dus het proefslapen is een goede service.
De volgende maar proberen.

Beste aankoop sinds tijden

In de zomermaanden slapen we in ons tuinhuis in een heerlijk bed met een dik, zacht en luxe Emma matras. Thuis hebben we tevens een Emma matras van nog geen 3 jaar oud. Dit matras is alleen een stuk harder. Eenmaal weer thuis dit najaar merkte we beide dat we last kregen van kleine pijnklachten door de hardheid van het matras, maar een nieuwe kopen na minder dan 3 jaar is natuurlijk ontzettende verspilling. Ik ben daarom op zoek gegaan naar fijn topmatras en kwam na onderzoek online uit bij de topper van Best Life. We slapen inmiddels net zo lekker als op de tuin! Het topmatras is lekker zacht, geeft goede ondersteuning en reguleert warmte ook erg goed, waardoor je nooit in een te warm bed slaapt. Een absolute aanrader dus. Alle pijnklachten zijn verdwenen :-)
